About this line
The Russian Flippin' Tanto, or RFT, is the collaboration with Brad Southard released on 28 March 2017, a redesign of his Southard Tanto Flipper. It kept the flipper opening and the tanto blade, the first tanto in the factory's lineup, with a stonewashed finish. The titanium handle uses a construction in which the pocket clip screw also serves as the body screw, so only the pivot screw shows on the presentation side. The scales carry a wave pattern with fine micro-milling in the central area, and the collars around the pivot and backspacer are anodized blue; the backspacer has a lanyard hole. The run was 200 pieces, individually numbered, delivered with box, certificate and cleaning cloth.
