Buy new: authorized dealers
The factory publishes its distributors and dealers at the Shirogorov distributor list. Recon1 is the US distributor; the rest are dealers. Where to buy and where to talk carries the maintained tables with shipping and terms.

Buy and sell used: secondary-market venues
Venue class matters more than venue name when you read a price: a consignment ask, a dealer-secondary ask, a peer-to-peer clear and a Russian dealer ask are four different numbers for the same knife.
