Anniversary editions

The workshop marks its own milestones with numbered editions of its serial designs. They are serial-tier knives in a commemorative finish; the CDX is a Custom Division model and sits here because it marks the Division’s tenth year. Each is on the model catalog.

F95 10th Anniversary, 2020

The F95 10th Anniversary edition was released on 17 November 2020 in 100 pieces worldwide, with a CPM-S90V blade and two-tone titanium frames with copper inlays. F95 record.

IceBreaker, 2021

The IceBreaker (Ledokol) began as a Sergey Shirogorov custom on the F95 base, announced on 15 December 2014 with a 5 mm ZDP-189 blade. In July 2018 that custom was one of nine workshop knives carried on the International Round-the-World Oceanic Flight, an expedition of amphibious aircraft that left Samara and flew along the Arctic Circle. The project knife dedicated to the flight went on sale on 24 April 2021 in a run of 100. It keeps the custom’s anodized titanium handle with its milled pattern, the logo above and to the left of the pivot, and a clip on a hidden screw patterned to match; the blade is M390, 95 mm and 4 mm thick, on MRBS. Each knife ships with a commemorative bead showing one of the expedition aircraft. IceBreaker record.

CDX, 2024

The CDX marks the tenth anniversary of the Custom Division, the X being the Roman numeral. Announced on 7 June 2024 and first offered by lottery at Blade Show Atlanta that month, it is a 95 mm frame lock based on Sergey’s custom F7, with a through fuller and a tumbled, anodized titanium handle cut with three elongated cutouts in the front scale and two in the back. CDX is inscribed on the frame near the lock cutout, and the wide backspacer carries the workshop logo at its rear, forming the outer edge of the lanyard hole. The run is 100 pieces, at the top of the Custom Division’s usual 50 to 100, and is not repeated. CDX record.

Two F95 commemoratives

The USSR Victory Banner edition, 35 pieces in gold anodized titanium, marked the 70th anniversary of Victory Day, and the Chinese Special Edition, 50 pieces with a White Tiger etching, was made for that market.

Show and regional editions
